Key Responsibilities
Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes
Perform procedures and document care in patient medical records
Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic responses
Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate their needs
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions and treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
No previous experience needed
Preferred Qualifications
Other Certifications may be required during employment
Some travel may be needed for training
