Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Workplace Coaches in employee training and skills development
Collaborate with teams to assess workforce needs and strategies for skills enhancement
Oversee Workforce Management Integration for effective staffing and resource allocation
Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decision-making
Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion
Drive initiatives for employee development and retention
Manage employees and mid-level managers in technical manufacturing projects
Develop and execute organizational plans and strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
5+ years of experience leading teams
3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
3+ years of experience in strategic planning and risk identification
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
3+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role
3+ years of project management experience
3+ years of experience in data analysis and summarizing findings
Experience in staffing planning and workforce management integration
Proven leadership experience in workforce development or human resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
