Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans
Lead therapeutic activities aimed at improving daily living skills and mobility
Document patient progress accurately and collaborate on treatment adjustments
Educate residents and families on exercises and activities to continue at home
Maintain a safe, positive environment for therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program
Active COTA license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain it
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
Ability to work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
