Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse collaborates with the healthcare team, patients, and families to promote health and deliver professional nursing care tailored to patient age and condition. Care is provided in accordance with evidence-based practice standards, nursing/medical plans of care, and the hospital’s goals, values, and regulatory requirements.
