Join Advanced Technology Services as a Field Service Maintenance Technician, where you'll perform high-level maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal factory operations. You'll work closely with customers to enhance reliability while utilizing advanced technologies and providing training to junior technicians.
Perform expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items as necessary Perform evaluations of alternatives to improve cost and/or reliability of equipment Work with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance and reliability procedures Setup and operate multiple machining operations Document work performed in service reports and management systems Assist lower level technicians and provide leadership to project teams Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems Utilize advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data Conduct on-the-job training and technical self-study programs High School Graduate or equivalent (GED) Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience in specific industry or 12 years of experience in specific industry Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate Extensive travel required (Local, National, International) Experience in condition based maintenance techniques Experience in precision mechanical alignments Experience in maintenance of applicable process equipment Experience in programmable logic controllers Field device troubleshooting Maintenance of electrical drive and motor systems
