MedAdventures is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Groton, CT . This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.

Setting : Home Health- Home health experience required. OASIS experience required.

Schedule : Full time

Pay : $2100-2400/per week. Rates are negotiable based on experience.

Duration : 13 week contract with option to extend.

Must-Have Qualifications

Please apply ONLY if you meet all of the following requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Connecticut ( or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Physical Therapy Degree
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Local or travel. Part time of full time. HH experience and OASIS preferred.
