Key Responsibilities
Greeting and checking in patients
Processing incoming telephone calls/messages
Scheduling appointments for patients
Scheduling follow-up appointments
Obtaining patient signatures on waivers
Organizing and monitoring the provider's daily schedule
Maintaining timely patient flow
Verifying patient insurance coverage and demographic information
