Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and emails regarding products and complaints
Administer RMA claims in the warranty program
Assist in developing/improving training materials and presentations
Train dealer personnel and end users on products
Install, service, and maintain products on demo vehicles
Support sales events with product assembly and presentation
Participate in fit-up checks and assist in field tests
Proofread technical literature for clarity
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
High school diploma or equivalent plus six months to one year experience in hydraulic and 12V electrical systems
Valid State driver's license
Ability to meet DOT requirements
Ability to obtain a passport for business travel
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing experience
Experience with snow and ice removal equipment
Ability to develop and use power and hand tools
