Key Responsibilities
Handle maintenance team employees and contingent workers
Support teammates in overseeing equipment maintenance
Facilitate the Job Selection/Shift Bid process for shop employees
Oversee routine maintenance functions
Ensure shop cycle counts and inventory levels are handled correctly
Review and research trends in parts utilization
Monitor shop for safety, service, quality, efficiency
Ensure compliance with company procedures and DOT policies
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in fleet maintenance
A valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree
Current ASE certifications
Current CDL
Less-than-Truckload (LTL) experience
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate others
Excellent time management skills
