Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage wait times
Assist with intake processes and document copying
Collect payments and issue receipts
Manage cashier box and daily deposits
Process walk-in patients and visitors
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage and maintain medical records
Process requests for medical records release
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of medical office experience including data entry
Beginner level of knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
Bilingual Spanish/English
