Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process
  • Check cars and enter information in a handheld device

  • Assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
