Join UniFirst as a Compensation Manager, a pivotal leader driving the development and administration of compensation programs. Lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure competitive and compliant compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate company compensation programs
  • Develop and execute Compensation Strategy
  • Ensure alignment of compensation programs with market and business conditions
  • Oversee annual merit, bonus, and equity planning processes
  • Develop compensation framework for market pricing and job design
  • Establish scalable policies and procedures for consistent pay practices
  • Redesign pay programs to eliminate unnecessary complexity
  • Ensure compliance with wage laws
  • Manage a team of compensation professionals
  • Serve as trusted compensation advisor to the Executive Team

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive compensation experience
  • 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HR Technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing equity, bonus, sales compensation and incentive plans
  • CCP, PHR/SHRM-CP certifications
