Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate company compensation programs
Develop and execute Compensation Strategy
Ensure alignment of compensation programs with market and business conditions
Oversee annual merit, bonus, and equity planning processes
Develop compensation framework for market pricing and job design
Establish scalable policies and procedures for consistent pay practices
Redesign pay programs to eliminate unnecessary complexity
Ensure compliance with wage laws
Manage a team of compensation professionals
Serve as trusted compensation advisor to the Executive Team
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of progressive compensation experience
1-2 years of management/supervisory experience
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong understanding of HR processes and HR Technology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing equity, bonus, sales compensation and incentive plans
CCP, PHR/SHRM-CP certifications
