Key Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs
Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments
Create and maintain treatment plans and other documentation
Participate in clinical case consultations and care coordination
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care
Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

Active LCSW, LCSW-C, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in Virginia or Maryland
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
