Job Title: RN - Med Surg / Tele
Facility: St Michael Medical Center
Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM (Days, Every Other Weekend - 12-hour shifts)
Start Date: November 17, 2025
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Certifications and Licenses (Required):

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in Washington State
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry units.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to specific unit protocols and procedures.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Prior experience working in a hospital setting within the last 2 years.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in acute care.
