We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with 7-10 years of experience to join our team and drive our AI Ops initiatives. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize AI operations and enhance system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and improve operational processes.

Monitor and maintain AI models in production, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data science to drive innovation within the organization.

Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices in data science and AI Ops.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

7-10 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record of successful project management and collaboration in a team-oriented environment."
