Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve quality complaints
  • Communicate with internal team members and external customers
  • Receive and document complaints from various sources
  • Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complaints
  • Support quality system investigations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience in post-market product surveillance and complaint handling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in data analysis and workflow troubleshooting
  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 803, and QSR quality management system requirements and IVD products
