Join Hope Network as an Occupational Therapist and make a difference in the lives of individuals. You'll be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care and community integration.
Key Responsibilities
Train, schedule, and supervise assigned staff in carrying out individual treatment plans
Perform sensory processing evaluations and clinical assessments
Develop and implement treatment techniques, activities, and programs
Promote community integration
Ensure person-centered assessment, goal setting, and treatment
Collaborate with primary Case Holder for individual plans
Complete documentation of progress notes and evaluations
Monitor individual progress and maintain treatment records
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and program development
Order treatment supplies and equipment
Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or OT students
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree required
Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
Valid driver’s license according to Hope Network policy
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
