Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Document resident interactions and outcomes
Contribute to the assessment and care plan for residents
Counsel residents and family members on prevention and treatment
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in practical nursing
IV therapy/management skills
Supervised clinical experience
