Job Description
As a Sales Representative at MSI, you'll drive sales growth for our Tile product lines, establishing strong relationships with customers while providing product training and leveraging market insights. This role requires a self-motivated individual ready to work independently and travel extensively within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with customers
Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel
Manage displays, samples, and selling tools
Consult with dealers on pricing, advertising, and promotions
Quote prices and prepare sales contracts
Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities
Utilize marketing tools to promote products
Research and analyze customer needs and market trends
Resolve customer claims related to deliveries and credits
Attend trade shows and travel as required
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Strong math skills for calculating discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume
Self-motivated and results-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Previous sales experience
Industry experience
Experience with CRM platforms
Bilingual in Spanish
