Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead supply expense agenda for clinical resource management
Drive initiatives to support clinical expense agenda
Review and optimize group purchasing organization’s contract portfolio
Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission
Identify and implement supply expense margin improvement
Participate in value analysis meetings and develop action plans to mitigate supply expense increases
Build relationships with hospital leadership and provide customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy or other Allied Health Profession
Related experience in healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Three to five years of value analysis/clinical/hospital leadership experience
LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value Analysis Health Professional (CVAHP), or similar credential
