Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will impact community well-being while receiving hands-on training and career development.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies
Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and guests
Perform all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
Ability to work around cleaning products
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience
