Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and be part of a leading collision repair brand. You'll educate customers, manage repairs, and ensure service quality while enjoying competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repair process and perform in-process quality control
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Review data procedures with Body Technicians
Handle disbursement paperwork and ensure compliance with carrier requirements
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
