Job Description

Join Cedar Knolls House as a Behavioral Health Clinician, providing essential therapeutic services to adolescents facing significant challenges. Collaborate with a dedicated team to foster independence and well-being among youth aged 17-21 through culturally sensitive interventions and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling
  • Meet with assigned residents for weekly sessions
  • Engage families in planning for service
  • Advocate with external resources on behalf of residents
  • Complete paperwork in a timely manner including case notes and court reports

Required Qualifications

  • License Masters in Social Work (LMSW) or LCSW certification
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish speaking
  • Experience working with children/young adults
  • Fluency in a second language
