Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Install and modify residential HVAC equipment
Perform troubleshooting and repairs
Modify and fabricate sheet metal as needed
Identify electrical, plumbing, and safety issues
Perform clerical duties related to job
Train others in HVAC installation and home comfort applications
Maintain proper truck stock and equipment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installations
Maryland State Journeyman HVAC License
Valid Maryland driver's license
Levels I & II CFC certification
Gas fitter's license
Basic hand tools for job requirements
Knowledge of sheet metal skills
Knowledge of copper and gas piping installations
Knowledge of residential gas and electric heating furnaces
Knowledge of residential hot water heaters
