Key Responsibilities
Complete psychosocial assessments
Collaborate with other disciplines in the formation of treatment plans
Support the unit in providing evidence-based and trauma-informed care
Facilitate meetings with patients, guardians, and treatment team members
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License or Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
2 years Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement
1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting
