Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Advisors for the upcoming tax season. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work 100% remotely, helping clients navigate tax complexities while providing exceptional service using TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
