Key Responsibilities
Responsible for timely, accurate medication administration and documentation
Performs treatments as per physician orders and documents progress
Ensures complete resident care documentation using computerized medical records
Receives and gives relevant reports to appropriate staff
Monitors residents and reports condition status to charge nurse/supervisor
Completes pre-reviews of medication administration records
Completes required MDS documentation and observations
Supports CNA team in direct ADL care of residents
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
