Travel Physical Therapist – Castle Rock South, CO

Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: 12/8
Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
Hours: 40 hours/week (36 hours guaranteed)
On Call: None

Qualifications:

• Active CO PT license (or already applied with confirmation)

• Outpatient experience preferred

• New graduates not accepted

• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy care for active, post-op, athletic, and musculoskeletal patients

• See 12–14 patients/day , with double-booking for follow-up visits as needed

• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits/week

• Float to other clinics as required

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while documenting treatment accurately
