Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Rehab team on the night shift. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment and are passionate about helping patients regain function and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • ? Deliver direct bedside nursing care using the nursing process
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Perform basic wound care and monitor healing progress
  • Observe and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to develop and execute individualized care plans
  • Assist patients with mobility, daily activities, and rehabilitation goals
  • Respond to emergencies and participate in code situations as needed

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • ✅ Bedside nursing proficiency
  • Basic wound care knowledge
  • Medication administration experience

    Required Education

  • ? Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • ? Current RN license in Illinois (or compact state eligibility)
  • ? BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
