Debbie Zois Team of Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas is on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director of Operations to play a pivotal role in our thriving real estate brokerage. Who We Need:
We are seeking a dedicated individual who can bring a strong background in residential real estate sales and operations to the table. The ideal candidate is the master of creating efficient systems, navigating through details with ease, and maintaining a cool and composed demeanor even during the busiest times. You must hold an active Nevada real estate license with at least 2 years of experience in residential sales.
Responsibilities:
As our Director of Operations, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our real estate transactions run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the organization's daily operations and transaction management.
- Updating and maintaining MLS listings in our database, overseeing marketing materials for listings, and coordinating social media posts, photography, and signage.
- Overseeing office procedures and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
- Organizing filing systems and assisting team members with contracts and paperwork as needed.
- Managing database of clients, vendors, and partners.
- Coordinating marketing events, luxury broker open houses, and team events.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of residential real estate sales experience.
- Previous experience in operations and full transaction management.
- Exceptional tech skills with proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong negotiation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Incentives and bonuses
· Pay: From $50,000.00 base pay per year
· Commission pay per transaction
· Paid time off
· Profit-sharing opportunities
Schedule:
8-hour shift | Monday to Friday | In-Office position
