Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician on the Youth ACT Team, where you'll provide critical support to youth and families facing significant behavioral health challenges. This role emphasizes teamwork, individualized treatment, and community engagement to help youth thrive as they transition back into their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and families addressing clinical needs
Engage families in developing and modifying care plans
Assess risk and provide crisis intervention services
Participate in development and implementation of person-centered care plans
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Establish relationships with community providers and act as a liaison
Provide on-call after-hour crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
