Key Responsibilities
Use manufacturing and assembly experience for coaching and performance improvement
Analyze and interpret performance and quality data
Conduct assessments of processes and practices for improvement opportunities
Provide feedback on assessment results and identify areas of risk
Support training and coaching solutions to improve employee performance
Provide instruction and positive modeling to team members
Establish good interpersonal relationships within the team
Work under minimal direction
Required Qualifications
Ability to work on 2nd shift
5+ years of experience with Structures Assembly, Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly, and/or Final Assembly
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial derivative or military aircraft maintenance experience
10+ years’ experience with aircraft assembly processes
5+ years’ experience in Functional Testing, Flight Line operations, Avionics, and troubleshooting
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in aircraft assembly and inspection processes
Experience and proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, specifications and templates
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Manufacturing experience in Mechanical, Fluids/Pneumatic's, Electrical Integration, Quality Inspection, Function Test, Flight line Experience
