Key Responsibilities
Communicate with consumers regarding medication services
Recruit and enroll consumers utilizing enrollment forms
Facilitate collection of prescriptions for dispensing
Ensure consumer insurance information is current in the Pharmacy system
Assist consumers with medication questions
Support prior authorizations and Patient Assistance programs
Monitor compliance by contacting consumers monthly
Manage prescription refills and ensure timely dispensation
Check expiration dates and ensure proper storage of medications
Identify discrepancies in medications
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
6+ months of Pharmacy Technician experience
