The Client Engagement Specialist at The Jewish Board serves as the main point of contact for clients in outpatient services, ensuring effective communication and scheduling. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, all while supporting the overall mission of providing compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Answering, returning, and screening calls/requests
Collecting and scanning documentation and co-pays
Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients
Documenting services provided in client charts
Managing virtual clinic waiting rooms
Communicating with clients about appointments and clinic services
Performing routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously as needed in a hybrid (remote and in-person) work setting
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with clients, potential clients, colleagues, supervisors and other staff
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
