Job Description

As the Dialysis Facility Administrator, you will oversee the daily management of the clinic, ensuring compliance, quality of care, and operational effectiveness. This role involves leading staff, coordinating patient care, and driving program growth while achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall daily management and operation of the clinic
  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan/coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes
  • Achieve financial targets
  • Promote quality management programs
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise personnel

Required Qualifications

  • Leadership skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Compliance with state requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
