A physician-led healthcare services pioneer seeks a Nocturnist to join its established acute care team serving central Pennsylvania communities. Opportunity Highlights
· Earn up to $60,000 recruitment incentive with a 24-month work obligation
· Work 7 on 7 off block schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM
· Access moonlighting opportunities across various sites
· Practice with no procedural responsibilities or vent management requirements
· Join a 123-bed acute care community hospital serving 80,000 residents
· Collaborate with an experienced team of 150+ physicians and allied health practitioners
· Manage 6-10 overnight admissions with APP support throughout the shift
· Cross-cover 80-100 beds with dedicated critical care backup for ICU
· Work alongside Family Medicine residents with optional teaching opportunities
