Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate the Trauma Performance Improvement Program
  • Ensure quality trauma care through data collection and analysis
  • Develop and implement educational programs for staff
  • Monitor and coordinate trauma care to ensure quality for trauma patients
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and benchmarking of data outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 3 years Trauma Registry or trauma care system experience
  • 1 year Advanced understanding of Trauma process improvement
  • 3 years Previous Emergency or Critical Care nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • CEN, CCRN, TCRN, CSTR, or CPHQ upon hire
  • ATCN, TNCC Instructor upon hire
  • ATLS coordinator upon hire
  • 1 year of previous experience with hospital quality management/QI programs
