Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct care for employees according to medical directives
Provide compassionate, quality care to employees
Adhere to state and federal regulations including OSHA and HIPAA
Participate in health and safety teaching of employees
Maintain accurate documentation and assist in medical records upkeep
Notify Occupational Health Manager of any pertinent changes in employees' health
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Associate Degree of Nursing or Diploma Nursing Degree
Current LPN license in state of employment
Certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections
