Job Description

Join New Directions Mental Health as a Mental Health Therapist and be part of a supportive team dedicated to enhancing mental health care. You'll provide tailored therapy and collaborate with a diverse clinical team, making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and the community.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passion for mental health and high-quality care
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Time management and documentation skills
