Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as an Inside Sales Manager where you'll drive sales results, acquire new business, and manage a diverse customer base. Leverage your expertise to develop strategic growth plans while enjoying a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and manage current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create and maintain understanding of accounts and growth plans
  • Utilize Salesforce and enablement tools to manage customer data
  • Execute sales strategies through various communication methods
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
