Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the maintenance team at the food production facility
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team and ensure safety protocols are followed
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine repair strategies
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
OSHA safety certification or other relevant safety training
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, parts catalogs, blueprints, and technical procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing relationships with external contractors, service providers, and equipment manufacturers
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes
