Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the maintenance team at the food production facility
  • Lead daily operations of the maintenance team and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine repair strategies
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
  • 12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry
  • OSHA safety certification or other relevant safety training
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, parts catalogs, blueprints, and technical procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing relationships with external contractors, service providers, and equipment manufacturers
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes
