Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate employees in Aero Stability and Control
Execute Aero Stability and Control aspects of the T-7A EMD program
Predict flight characteristics and analyze flight test data
Participate in flight test readiness reviews and monitoring
Coordinate activities of the Aero Stability and Control team
Track and update tasking progress weekly
Develop relationships with customers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
9 or more years' related work experience
3+ years of experience with Aerodynamics Stability & Control
Experience conducting flight or wind tunnel testing
Preferred Qualifications
14 or more years' related work experience
Knowledge of aerodynamic design and analysis principles
Experience with aero database development
Experience with 6 degree-of-freedom simulation prediction tools
Experience with aerodynamic configuration characteristics assessment
Experience with root-cause analysis and development of corrective actions
Effective communication skills
Experience in team building and motivating team members
