This position is for a local contract Registered Nurse specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) providing intensive nursing care to patients recovering from surgery. The role involves working night shifts in a 32-bed PCU with a patient ratio of 1 nurse to 4 patients, focusing on cardiac, vascular, orthopedic, neuro, and trauma cases. Candidates must hold an RN license, BLS certification, and be graduates of an accredited nursing program.

RN PCU:
Shift/Schedule – Full Time Nights 3/12 hr. shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.,
Patient Population: Medical PCU consisting of all Cardiac drips; mix of surgical post-operative volume to include, vascular, ortho, neuro and trauma.
Patient Ratios: 1:4
Number of Beds: 32 beds
Qualifications:
Grad of an Accredited Program
Specialized field of study should be nursing.
RN license.
Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
