Key Responsibilities
Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support
Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs
Provide parent education and problem solving
Adapt to change and seek opportunities for growth
Proactively communicate and create a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active LBA Certification in North Carolina
