Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where you'll lead the design and improvement of manufacturing processes. Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance product efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, control, and improvement of manufacturing processes
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Support process troubleshooting and incorporate engineering changes
Lead non-conforming material analysis and corrective action
Drive Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide technical support to manufacturers and fabricators
Develop manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with interpretation of technical documentation
Experience in manufacturing environment
Experience leading teams or projects
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools, preferably CREO/ProE
Experience with automated tooling and machinery programming
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
