Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of a sales team selling to residential customers
Support efforts to enhance customer experience
Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals
Recruit, interview, hire, and train sales staff
Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable
Identify training gaps and develop plans to address them
Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals
Monitor payroll process and ensure timely commission payments
Prepare reports as needed
Required Qualifications
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong technical and computer skills
Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle
Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season
Familiarity with computer operating systems and consumer communications devices
Must be able to work non-traditional work hours
Valid driver´s license and satisfactory driving record
Ability to complete documentation accurately
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Direct Sales practices
Experience with consumer education of products and services
Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
Sales Supervisory experience preferred
