Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of a sales team selling to residential customers
  • Support efforts to enhance customer experience
  • Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train sales staff
  • Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable
  • Identify training gaps and develop plans to address them
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals
  • Monitor payroll process and ensure timely commission payments
  • Prepare reports as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong technical and computer skills
  • Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems and consumer communications devices
  • Must be able to work non-traditional work hours
  • Valid driver´s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to complete documentation accurately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Direct Sales practices
  • Experience with consumer education of products and services
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
  • Sales Supervisory experience preferred
