Job Description
Join ECHN as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where you will provide essential nursing care and support to patients in a medical office setting. Your role will directly impact patient health and ensure compliance with healthcare standards in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general nursing care to patients
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures
Document patient conditions and reactions
Educate patients and families regarding health and wellness
Maintain inventory of medical supplies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN Program
Current licensure in the state of Connecticut
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
1 year experience working in a medical facility
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with computer scheduling systems (e.g., Meditech, Ntierprise)
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented
