Key Responsibilities
Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures
Interpret doctors' written instructions
Conduct mammography studies and maintain production quality
Develop mammograms and forward completed studies to radiologist
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Maintain accurate patient records
Understand and use the McKesson PACS system
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience
BLS certification
ARRT (M) National Certification with registration in mammography
State-specific licensing when required
Preferred Qualifications
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment
