As the Director of Ambulatory Operations at Cooper University Health Care, you will oversee clinical and business operations, ensuring quality services and enhancing the patient experience. You'll lead initiatives to operationalize new programs and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve organizational goals, all while fostering a culture of trust and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage clinical and business operations of assigned sites
Support the strategic direction of Ambulatory Operations
Partner with clinical personnel and leadership to achieve goals
Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports
Establish and meet operational goals and procedures
Develop standardized work procedures to improve efficiency
Coach and mentor direct reports
Create quarterly goal action plans
Perform data reporting and analysis for decision-making
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare leadership or manager level
Skill in exercising leadership, initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making
Experience in improving outcomes through creative tactics
Knowledge of electronic health records and clinic operations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and operational improvement
Knowledge of business/medical administration principles
Understanding of regulatory requirements in ambulatory settings

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferred
