Key Responsibilities
Own the full-funnel paid media strategy to drive acquisition and conversion outcomes
Lead an in-house team to execute and optimize paid performance across channels
Contribute to SEO and organic growth strategy
Directly manage budget allocation and performance across channels
Partner with analytics teams to develop and interpret dashboards
Identify and activate audience segments based on performance insights
Lead creative testing across ad types and platforms
Partner cross-functionally with Loyalty, CRM, and Analytics teams
Surface insights to influence broader site merchandising and offer strategy
Monitor platform trends and emerging tools
Mentor and grow an in-house team of performance marketers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
8–10+ years of experience in paid performance marketing
Deep experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, affiliate networks, and SEO strategy
Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools and data querying
Experience managing internal team members and external agencies
Preferred Qualifications
Focus on business, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field
Proven track record of designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
Conversant in applying machine learning and AI to paid acquisition channels
Clear communicator with strong project management skills
